What is your venue's maximum capacity?

Our facilities cater for a maximum group size of 120 people at North Parramatta for conferences and meetings.

A maximum of 222 beds at Elanora venue.

A maximum of 185 beds at Naamaroo venue.

Can we do our own catering?

We offer facilities for self-cater groups of 30 – 60 people at our Elanora venue. At our Naamaroo and North Parramatta venues provide inclusive fully catered packages for guests.

Do you accommodate special diets?

Our staff are able to provide for a variety of medically-based special dietary needs. Please note that a surcharge may apply for the provision of special diets (excluding Vegetarian), but our friendly venue staff can assist with your specific enquiries.

Is there a minimum for catered day meetings?

We require a minimum of 10 people booked in the corporate meeting rooms and 30 people booked in the Auditorium to cater for your function at North Parramatta.

We require a minimum of 10 people booked in the corporate meeting rooms at Elanora and Naamaroo.

Do you have Wifi?

We are pleased to provide free Wifi to our groups on site. A password will be provided to the group leader upon arrival. Should you have the need to stream or upload a high volume of data, please chat with our friendly staff regarding your groups needs and we will do our best to assist.

Do you provide programmed activities?

Our Rise Above team offers programmed activities at all Uniting Venues to suit the needs of each group. Rise Above is an unique activity program designed by Uniting Venues which combines skills based activities, with developing leadership and team environment skills.  The activities can be booked in half day or full day packages. Speak to our Rise Above team to discuss your group’s requirements and build these activities into your group package.

Can we access any sporting equipment?

Of course – we have a huge range of complimentary sporting equipment available for you to use at no cost. Please contact the Venues directly to confirm what activities you are looking to enjoy and we would be pleased to assist. From tennis rackets, footballs, volleyballs, table tennis tables and even poly-pong (4-person table tennis) we have a great range of activities.

What type of AV equipment do you have?

At North Parramatta we have a range of high quality IT and AV equipment available for our guests.  At Elanora & Naamaroo all main meeting spaces are fully equipped with ceiling mounted projector, speakers and screen.  Smaller breakout spaces are equipped with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. Laptop computers can be connected to this equipment via a HDMI cable, which we can supply on request.

Do you supply laptops we could hire for our presentations?

At this point in time we are unable to supply any laptops. However, if you supply your own you can use our audio-visual equipment.

Can I connect electrical musical instruments into your sound system?

Unfortunately, we are unable to connect directly into the venue sound system, therefore we invite you to bring your own amplifier to play electric instruments.

Can I inspect the site?

You are welcome to visit each venue to assess the suitability of the sites for your group. Please contact Elanora on (02) 9913 8626, Naamaroo on (02) 9413 2088 or North Parramatta on (02) 8838 8908 to arrange a suitable time for a site inspection.

Do you have parking on site?

Our venues provide free on-site parking for guests.

Are the rooms heated or air-conditioned?

For Elanora & Naamaroo – all meeting rooms have air-conditioning. The cabins have heaters and fans only.

For North Parramatta – all accommodation and meeting rooms have air-conditioning.

Are there ensuites in every room?

For Elanora – all bunk cabins with the exception of William Arnott Lodge have ensuite bathrooms. The Lodge has shared bathroom facilities for the 9 standard rooms. Deluxe Rooms have private bathrooms. All bathrooms are internal.

For Naamaroo – all 3, 4 & 8 bed cabins have ensuite bathrooms. The 12 bed cabins have shared bathroom facilities close by.

Is linen provided in the bedrooms?

For Elanora & Naamaroo – The Standard Rooms have a mattress and pillow provided on each bed. Guests need to provide their own blankets, towels and bed linen. Groups can request linen packs in these rooms for an additional charge. The Deluxe Rooms all have blankets, towels and bed linen provided and the beds are made up.

For North Parramatta – rooms are motel style with all blankets, towels and bed linen provided.

North Parramatta update: Currently we are undergoing review and the accommodation is temporarily unavailable to external booking requests. Please do come back to us in the future or contact us if you would like to receive notification once the accommodation is available to the public again. Please note that this only applies to accommodation not facilities/conference rooms.

Can my church or school be invoiced?

We are able to issue your group with a tax invoice at the end of your stay which is payable within 7 days of departure.
